I have been buying the Raw Probiotics Ultimate Care for many months now.  Having tried other brands I would highly recommend them on quality. They are more expensive, however in my opinion a much better product and one that I am happy to continue to use. It has helped my gut health, hair and nails.

I love the quality of this product and the fact it has no added rubbish, just 100% natural. I'm taking on the recommendation of my neurologist as I have MS and a healthy thriving gut microbiota is essential for so many aspects of health and couldn't find a better product when doing my research

Started taking these after some research into IBS-c have suffered with constipation for years. These probiotics are very strong and may not suit everyone, would recommend taking one every few days to start with to give your gut time to adjust. 100 billion CFU’s is a very high dose. I now take one probiotic tablet every 4 days or so and this keeps everything “ moving” much better for me than laxatives and good for the overall gut health.

This product has made a big difference to my digestion. I'm pretty aware of potential placebo affects and quite in tune with things. No doubt, these work!

I have been taking these for a month now and have really noticed the difference with my IBS, no more bloating, less wind! My tummy feels comfortable again, definitely a re-order for me and I have got my partner into them too! Probiotics have long term benefits for your tummy & immunity so what's not to love, thank you Garden of Life.

I took these probiotics for about 9 months before switching to a new one as it became too expensive. I think they really helped, especially with vaginal care - they helped to reduce thrush recurrence, however, did not eradicate it completely. I would recommend these to someone looking for a probiotic capsule, especially if you want to support vaginal care. I took these whilst taking long term full dose antibiotics for a chronic UTI, and I took the capsule early in the morning then went back to sleep, so it has time to work before I take my antibiotics when I wake up properly to start my day. You should wait at least 3-5 hours before taking antibiotics to allow the probiotic to work and so to not interact with the antibiotic.
